The nose opens with citrus peel, green apple, and delicate white flowers, rounded out by a subtle spicy note from its time in French oak. On the palate, the wine is crisp and vibrant, driven by Arinto’s lively acidity and a pronounced mineral backbone. A silky texture adds richness and balance, leading to a long, persistent finish with a clean, saline edge. It has the structure to age gracefully, gaining extra complexity over time.
