This non-vintage rosé is known for its lively character, elegant maturity, and generous magnum format, which makes it especially appealing for celebrations and sharing.

Makuprofiili
In the glass, it shows a bright, attractive rosé hue with fine, persistent bubbles. The nose is expressive and inviting, offering fresh red summer berries such as strawberry, raspberry, and redcurrant, lifted by floral notes of rose and hawthorn, with a subtle peppery edge. The palate is vivid and generous, opening with a juicy, mouth-filling texture before becoming firmer and more structured, with a stone-fruit impression and a delicate minty herbal note on the finish. It combines intensity with roundness, giving it a polished, seductive style that is meant to be enjoyed while fresh and lively rather than aged for long cellaring.

Ruoka & tarjoilu
This rosé Champagne pairs beautifully with shellfish, fish, and light poultry dishes, where its freshness and red-fruit character can really shine. Serve well chilled at around 8-10°C, and decanting is not recommended; simply open and enjoy at its best.
