Pale gold in the glass with a lively, fine mousse, this Champagne shows the classic elegance associated with Brut Impérial. The nose is fresh and expressive, offering notes of green apple, citrus, white flowers, and light brioche, with subtle stone fruit and biscuit tones adding depth. On the palate, it is crisp, balanced, and generously styled, combining bright fruit, a smooth mid-palate, and a clean, refreshing finish. The blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and Pinot Meunier gives both finesse and roundness, while the non-vintage style ensures consistency and immediate enjoyment. It is best enjoyed young and fresh, though it will hold nicely for a short period under proper storage.

Grapes are harvested by hand in accordance with Champagne tradition, preserving fruit quality and freshness. The wine is vinified using the méthode traditionnelle, with careful blending of reserve wines to maintain consistency and complexity in the final cuvée.

Ruoka & tarjoilu
Serve well chilled at around 8–10°C. This Champagne pairs beautifully with oysters, sashimi, light seafood dishes, roast chicken, soft cheeses, and salty snacks such as truffle popcorn or fine crisps. Decanting is not recommended; instead, open gently and enjoy immediately to preserve its lively mousse and freshness.
