In the glass, this Champagne shows a luminous golden hue with a lively, fine mousse. The nose opens with ripe apple, pear, and citrus, layered with subtle notes of nuts, brioche, and a discreet mineral edge that adds complexity and poise. On the palate, it is full-bodied yet impeccably balanced, combining freshness, depth, and a long, elegant finish that lingers beautifully. The 2015 vintage should continue to develop well over time, gaining further nuance and richness in bottle while preserving its signature freshness and structure.

Ruoka & tarjoilu
This Champagne is an excellent match for refined dishes such as lobster, scallops, sushi, roasted poultry, or creamy poultry-based sauces. It can also be enjoyed on its own as a statement aperitif. Serve chilled at 8-10°C, and decanting is generally not necessary, although allowing it a few minutes in the glass can help the aromas open further.
