Veuve Clicquot Ponsardin 2015 is a distinguished vintage Champagne from one of the most iconic names in Reims, offering the house’s signature style of power, elegance, and precision. Produced only in exceptional years, this vintage reflects both the character of the 2015 harvest and the long-standing tradition of one of Champagne’s most celebrated producers.

In the glass, it shows a bright golden hue with a lively, fine mousse that speaks to its quality and refinement. The nose is layered and expressive, with aromas of ripe pear, peach, white flowers, toasted nuts, and brioche, adding both freshness and depth. On the palate, the wine is generous and well-balanced, driven by vibrant acidity and a creamy texture. Notes of lemon, apricot, and subtle spice unfold alongside lees-derived complexity, leading to a long, harmonious finish. This Champagne is approachable now, but it also has the structure to develop additional richness with further bottle aging.

Viininvalmistus
Made in Champagne, France, this vintage cuvée is crafted from a classic blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Meunier, and Pinot Noir, with Pinot Noir playing a leading role in giving structure and backbone. The 2015 growing season brought favorable conditions that helped produce grapes of excellent ripeness and balance, and the wine is vinified using the traditional méthode champenoise with secondary fermentation in bottle and extended aging on the lees for added complexity.

Ruoka & tarjoilu
Serve well chilled at around 8–10°C. It makes an elegant aperitif and pairs beautifully with oysters, scallops, sushi, grilled fish, roast poultry, and soft cheeses. Decanting is not necessary, though allowing the wine a few minutes in the glass can help reveal its full aromatic range.
