This wine comes from the Châteauneuf-du-Pape appellation in the southern Rhône, where Beaucastel’s vineyards are shaped by a distinctive terroir of rolled pebbles, sun-drenched slopes, and the region’s famous Mistral influence. The blend is dominated by Mourvèdre, supported by Grenache, Syrah, and Cinsault, reflecting the traditional approach that defines the estate. Harvesting is carried out with great care, and vinification is designed to preserve concentration, complexity, and the natural expression of each grape, resulting in a wine of structure, depth, and finesse.

Ruoka & tarjoilu
This is a wine made for rich, flavorful dishes such as roasted lamb, game, duck breast, beef tenderloin, or slow-cooked stews with herbs and root vegetables. It also pairs beautifully with aged hard cheeses and earthy mushroom dishes. Serve at around 16–18°C, and decanting for one to two hours is recommended if the bottle is being opened now, to allow the wine’s aromatic layers to fully unfold.
