Makuprofiili
In the glass, it shows a clear, pale golden color. The nose is bright and expressive, offering citrus fruit, white flowers, green apple, and subtle herbal notes. On the palate, Sauvignon Blanc brings energy and crisp acidity, Sémillon adds weight and structure, and Muscadelle lends a delicate floral lift. Partial fermentation and aging in oak give the wine a smooth, rounded texture and a gentle touch of spice without overwhelming the fruit. The finish is clean, mineral, and persistent, with enough depth to enjoy now and the balance to develop gracefully over the next few years.

Viininvalmistus
The grapes come from carefully selected parcels outside the Pauillac appellation, where the soils are better suited to white wine production. These sites provide the right conditions for freshness, aromatic precision, and balance in the blend. The wine is made from a classic Bordeaux white mix of Sauvignon Blanc, Sémillon, and Muscadelle, with fermentation and maturation partly carried out in oak barrels to build texture and complexity while preserving the wine’s bright fruit character.

Ruoka & tarjoilu
This wine is an excellent match for shellfish, grilled fish, poultry, light seafood dishes, or simply as an elegant aperitif. Serve chilled at around 8–10°C. Decanting is not necessary, though allowing it a short time in the glass can help reveal its aromatic layers.
