Foradori Lezer 2025

Foradori Lezer 2025 is a vibrant expression of Teroldego from one of Trentino’s most admired producers, Elisabetta Foradori. Fresh, energetic, and quietly distinctive, it reflects the variety’s Alpine character while showing the finesse and depth that have made Foradori a benchmark name in northern Italian wine.

In the glass, Lezer 2025 is likely to show a bright, youthful ruby color with lively clarity. The nose should be fragrant and lifted, with red berries, dark cherry, violet, and subtle herbal and mineral notes that speak to its mountain origin. On the palate, Teroldego typically brings juicy fruit, crisp freshness, and a supple, medium-bodied structure, with gentle tannins and a clean, savory finish. This is a wine made for early enjoyment, but its balance and purity suggest it can also develop nicely over a few years, gaining more earthy and spicy complexity.

Ruoka & tarjoilu
Serve this wine slightly chilled, around 14–16°C, to emphasize its freshness and aromatic detail. It pairs beautifully with cured meats, roasted poultry, mushroom dishes, grilled vegetables, and simple pasta dishes with tomato or herbs. Decanting is generally not necessary, though a brief airing can help if the wine is opened young.
