In the glass, Three Valleys shows a deep, inviting red-purple hue that hints at its generous fruit profile. The nose opens with strawberry jam, wild berry tart, black tea, milk chocolate, white pepper, and a touch of vanilla from the oak. The palate is broad and plush, with blackberry, blueberry, dark cherry, cocoa, and a subtle herbal edge giving the wine both depth and freshness. Though immediately charming and accessible, it also has the structure to develop nicely over the next few years, with the fruit and spice likely to integrate further with time.

Viininvalmistus
This wine is sourced from ten different sites in Sonoma County, where warm California sunshine helps ripen the fruit while the region’s varied vineyard sources add complexity and lift. The grapes are harvested gently by hand, destemmed, and then aged for 12 months in American oak barrels, including 10% new oak, which adds spice, vanilla, and a polished frame without overwhelming the fruit.

Ruoka & tarjoilu
Serve this wine with barbecue ribs, grilled sausages, roast lamb, mushroom dishes, or richly flavored pasta. It’s best enjoyed at around 16–18°C, and while decanting is not essential, a short aeration can help the wine open up beautifully, especially when served young.
