Taylor’s Vintage Port 2007 is a benchmark expression of classic Douro power and refinement, offered here in a convenient 37.5cl format. Crafted by one of the most respected names in Port, it brings together concentrated dark fruit, beautifully ripe tannins, and the kind of poise that has made Taylor’s vintages so highly sought after. Vintage Port is a traditional declaration wine, made only in exceptional years, and 2007 is widely regarded as one of the standout vintages of the modern era.

Makuprofiili
In the glass, Taylor’s Vintage Port 2007 shows the deep, youthful color expected of a wine built for long aging. The bouquet is layered and expressive, with sweet marzipan notes opening alongside ripe black fruit, creating a rich and inviting aromatic profile. On the palate, the wine is more restrained and finely structured than the nose suggests, with very fine tannins, excellent acidity, and a composed, elegant finish. There is impressive purity and balance here, suggesting a Vintage Port with significant aging potential and plenty of time to develop even greater complexity over the decades.

Ruoka & tarjoilu
Best enjoyed with rich blue cheeses, dark chocolate desserts, or classic Port pairings such as walnuts and dried fruit. Serve slightly cool, ideally around 16–18°C. Decanting is strongly recommended to remove sediment and allow the wine to fully open; for a young Vintage Port like this, a few hours in decanter can make a noticeable difference.
